- All students must RSVP (opt in/out) to the holiday show and or Nutcracker Sweet by September 29th, via the google form.
- Acrodance will not be participating in the holiday show. However, we have scheduled a special parent observation day in January for you to showcase your progress and skills.
- Classes that particpate in the Holiday Show: All Combo Classes, Tap, Jazz, Hip-hop, Musical Theater & Contemporary classes
- If your child is aged 2 and you are interested in having them participate in the Holiday Show, we kindly ask you to speak with Carolyn, our instructor, to determine if your child is ready for this performance. Carolyn will assess your child's readiness and provide guidance on their participation.
- Classes that focus on just ballet perform in the Nutcracker Sweet only.
- Holiday Show Participation Fee: $105.00 per dancer and includes a costume & tights. (This is in addition to monthly tuition)
- Dancers who take more than one class per week (ie 1 hour of tap and 1 hour of jazz) and want to participate in multiple dances will be required to pay an extra $65.00 per costume needed.
- Accounts that opt in will be charged on October 1st along with tuition unless paid early.
- Tickets will be available to purchase starting in Late November: $15.00 for reserved seats and $20.00 for premium reserved seats (watch for more information).
- Dancers do not need tickets!
- Tickets will be limited (the studio seats 146 patrons) & we can not guarantee that famlies with multiple children will be in 1 show - we will do our best!
- A live stream will be available for purchase

- Pictures for Holiday Show: offered in the afternoon on December 9th, by reservation only.

- Exciting news for this year! We are offering a special opportunity for 12 dancers aged 4-6 to participate in the Nutcracker Sweet. Please note that there are only 12 spots available, and they will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment of the participation fee. To secure your spot, make sure to sign up and pay the fee promptly. Also, please remember that dancers must not miss more than 3 classes in December to retain their spot. If this requirement is not met, they will be replaced by a dancer on the waitlist. Dancers weekly class must be a combo class that includes ballet.
- Nutcracker Sweet Participation Fee: $90.00 per dancer and includes costume rental, professional costume cleaning, & tights. (This is in addition to monthly tuition)
- The Nutcracker Sweet is not the full performance it is selected songs from the ballet.
- Accounts that opt in will be charged on October 1st along with tuition unless paid early.
- Tickets will be available to purchase starting in Late November: $15.00 for reserved seats and $20.00 for premium reserved seats (watch for more information).

- Please be aware that in order to accommodate the number of dancers who opt-in for the Nutcracker Sweet, we reserve the right to add a second performance on the same day if necessary. This decision will be made based on the number of participants and logistical considerations.
