Inspired Kids for 2 - 5 year olds are fun and lively classes that enhance coordination, musicality and creativity. Children will learn the basic concepts of dance, perfecting weight transfers and balance, while working on their improvisation and cooperation skills within a group. Children will learn through games, routines and repetitive movement. These classes help instill the proper etiquette, love, and appreciation for the art of dance.

Preschool classes offered ages 2 - 5: Ballet/Tap Combination, Ballet/Tap/Acrodance Combination, Acrodance Classes, Dance with Friends (For dancers with intellectual disabilities)

Children's Classes allow 5 - 8 year olds the opportunity to explore a tap/jazz combination class, a ballet class, an acrobatic class, or a hip-hop class. Classes at this level range from 45 minutes to 1 hour weekly, and dancers may choose which discipline(s) they wish to follow. Teachers work on technique to prepare dancers for our junior and senior programs. Students learn basic positions and vocabulary of ballet, jazz and tap.

Classes offered for ages 5 - 8:  Ballet, Tap/Pre-Ballet Combination, Tap/Jazz Combination, Ballet/Tap/Jazz Combination,  Acrodance, Musical Theater – Jazz, Dance with Friends (For dancers with intellectual disabilities)

Junior and Senior Programs for dancers ages 9 and up teaches children and adults the proper technique of tap, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, acrobatics, ballet and Pointe. (Note: Pointe is by teacher invitation.) These programs will guide dancers toward whatever goals they have - whether it is dance as an extra-curricular activity or to pursue dance as a professional career. Classes meet weekly for 1 hour, and dancers choose their own discipline(s). As in any quality school, we strongly recommend that students 9 years and older take at least two classes weekly to receive maximum benefits.
