Quick Notes 10/01/07

- Please bear with us as everyone gets used to their new
classes! We try to place children in the appropriate
classes by age and ability. As we have not seen many of
the children for several months and some we have just meet
we do need to make some class adjustments after the 1st 2
weeks of classes. We are currently moving some dancers
around to better fit everyone’s dance needs.

- If you are interested in picking up any additional
classes please let us know! The following classes are
still open

- Acrobatics (tumbling) ages 4 and up
      - Hip – Hop ages 7 and up
      - Adult classes – tap
      - Ballet – all ages

- Ballet shoes – the estimated ship date for ballet shoes
are 10/1/07 as soon as they come in they will be
distributed. Please bear with us as we are very frustrated
with the delivery of the shoes as many shoes were ordered
before 9/1/07

- Tuition – Several questions about the September tuition
payment have come to our attention. We thought it best to
explain it to everyone. Tuition is broken up into 9 equal
payments September – June. For example a 1 hour class cost
$ 405.00 for the year or $ 45.00 for 9 months. So even
though September was not a full month it was still a full
payment and October will still be due the 1st week of
class.

- There is class on Columbus day - but no class on
Halloween

- Website – to help with communication we will be using
our website this year. Please check out the newsletter
section and sign up to receive your notes and newsletters
online! The calendar section has all scheduled days off
already posted! Also any class cancellations that may
come about will be posted on the front page.

- Believe it or not we are already thinking about our 10th
annual recital in June! To ensure costumes come in on time
all costumes must be paid for by December 15th. The cost
of costumes are as follows:

- Extra small child – large child are $ 50.00 per
costume.
- Child extra large child – adult large costumes are $
60.00 per costume
-   A late charge of $ 20.00 per costume will be
charged on December 20th.
- We suggest making 3 payments on costumes October,
November,and December. Payments are now being accepted and
can be made either in person or online at
www.danceinspirations.com.
