Placement on the Senior Company is determined by the teachers discretion. We believe that everyone at this age who has the passion to dance should also have the opportunity to participate in our performance company. If the performance company is not the right fit for a child we offer several other opportunities to shine. If we feel that a child is not ready for the performance company we will discuss this with the child’s family and only the child’s family.
